4.1 Lynn Aquin, Campaign for Adequate Welfare and Disability Benefits, wishing to address the Board today respecting trigger points for a heat alert. (See Item 5.4)
4.2 Cindy Mayor, regarding potential health effects of water fluoridation. (See Item 7.1)
