Agendas, Minutes and Reports are easily accessible from one document. When you open an agenda, a link is provided to the agenda items, minutes and reports.
Click on the meeting date – this will open the meeting agenda. With just a few clicks of the mouse you can read the staff reports & recommendations and easily check the Committee's Report to Council.
Minutes
When Minutes have been approved by Committee you will see a link at the top left hand corner just below the print agenda icon (click here for an example). If there is no text displayed in this area, the Minutes have yet to be approved.
Committee/Council Minutes are accessible in draft form via the subsequent Committee/Council Agenda. (click here for an example).
Committee Reports
When the Report has been approved by Council you will see a link at the top left hand corner just below the print agenda icon (click here for an example). If there is no text displayed in this area, the Report has yet to be approved by Council.
Draft Committee Reports are still accessible via the Council Agenda face pages. (click here for an example)
