Assessment Roll Information is a listing of all properties in Hamilton, including legal descriptions and assessed values of properties. Assessment Roll information only is available to the public during the office hours of 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday to Friday from the City Clerk's office located on the 2nd Floor, City Hall, 71 Main Street West.
Please note, beginning Monday September 10th, 2007 the Office of the City Clerk will be moving from Main St. to the City Centre, 77 James St. N., Suite 220, Hamilton, ON L8R 2K3
