Go Green with Electronic Tax Bill Delivery
        
The City of Hamilton and Canada Post have teamed up to offer the electronic delivery of tax bills.  If you would like to receive your tax bill electronically, delivered by Canada Post through their e-Post system please sign up now at: www.epost.ca.
        The benefits of receiving your tax bill electronically are: it's free; it's environmentally friendly; it's secure and private; bills can be stored and retrieved for up to 7 years; you have anywhere, anytime access to your tax bills.


The City of Hamilton is committed to keeping residents informed on property tax issues. To promote greater understanding of the subject, the City offers a variety of tax tools and information to help you:
  • understand your tax bill
  • obtain a personalized summary of where your property tax dollars are spent
  • view property tax and assessment information for specific areas and properties across the city
  • learn about tax rebate programs
  • find answers to your tax questions
