Hamilton Emergency Services Support Hero to Hero
Hero to Hero is a troop moral campaign enabling firefighters, paramedics and law enforcement officers to give the shirts off their backs to the more than 3300 Canadian troops deployed around the world. Hero to Hero gives first responders an opportunity to show deployed troops that we have not forgotten them as they serve our country. Hero to Hero visited Hamilton in the summer of 2008 and staff from Hamilton Emergency Services donated several hundred pieces of clothing. Again in 2010, Hamilton Emergency Services are preparing to have a collection of donated items sent to our troops.
