In an effort to keep the community informed this latest revised concept (prepared by the applicant, Deanlee Management Inc.) has been posted to illustrate the changes proposed since the original circulation. This concept has been posted for information purposes only. Please note that this plan is a concept only and has not been endorsed by staff or Council. A public meeting will be arranged in the coming months to bring the staff report forward to the Economic Development and Planning Committee. The staff report will provide analysis of the Deanlee concept, the community's preferred development plan and the Department's final position.
If you would like more information on what Deanlee Management Inc. is proposing, please contact Ron Starr at 905-272-3780.

The Brow Lands development applications have been on hold to resolve some outstanding issues. When information is available and issues are resolved, staff can move forward with organizing a Public Meeting of Economic Development and Planning Committee. If you have any questions, please contact Kirsten.McCauley@hamilton.ca .

Please be advised that the Operations and Maintenance Division has circulated a form requesting comments regarding the closure of a portion of Sanatorium Road which runs through the Brow Lands. If you did not receive a notice by mail and wish to comment, please download the form and submit your comments by February 13, 2009.
