In cases where the regulation encroaches on a neighbour’s frontage, agreement is required | |

A disabled person who regularly requires access to transportation provided by other persons and resides at the subject address | |

A business having clients who are disabled, requests the zone and adjoining property owners/occupants are not significantly affected or they support the request | |
Parking Prohibited Permit Parking (to prevent non-resident parking) |

A petition must be circulated by the applicant and signed by 100% of the residences abutting the roadway, residing in a one, two, or three family dwelling. | |
