Formal Consultation:
Effective January 9th, 2009, prior to making an application for an Official Plan Amendment (Regional and/or Local), Rezoning, Draft Plan of Subdivision or Site Plan, applicants are required to consult with the City of Hamilton. The City of Hamilton has established a Formal Consultation Process to identify the studies, plans and/or reports that are required to be submitted with an application. Once the Formal Consultation Request Form is received, it will be circulated to all relevant Departments and Agencies and a Formal Consultation meeting will be scheduled.
