Official Plan and Zoning By-law Amendment
Hamilton’s Planning and Economic Development Department has received an application to amend the Flamborough Offical Plan and Zoning By-law through a redesignation from “Agricultural” to “Extractive Industrial” and a change in zoning from “A” Agricultural and “CM” Conservation Management to “EI” Extractive Industrial to permit a 30.88 ha (76.3 acres) extension of the existing Lafarge Canada Inc. Dundas North Quarry.
