Hamilton's Rural Official Plan (Effective March 7, 2012, the Rural Hamilton Official Plan is not, or is no longer under appeal and in in full force and effect except those portions which are highlighted or identified on the various schedules, maps and appendices as being under appeal or deferred)

Zoning By-law Reform team was created to put together a new Zoning By-Law for the City of Hamilton.
GIS Planning & Analysis is the main internal resource for the creation, collection, maintenance, distribution and analysis of GIS land use data for the Planning and Economic Development Department.

Planning for Nodes and Corridors will establish future land use patterns (uses, heights, densities, urban design elements) for areas throughout the B-Line Corridor from McMaster University to Eastgate Square.
