Vacant Urban Residential Land Inventory
The vacant urban residential land inventory allows the City to monitor the available supply of vacant residential land and the rate at which it is being absorbed. The attached report presents a summary of the supply of vacant land for residential development within the urban area. The land supply and units are broken down by community, structure type and development status.
