Rural Hamilton Official Plan  - Effective March 7, 2012

The Rural Hamilton Official Plan provides a consistent policy framework for the entire rural area of the City, replacing the rural policies and maps in the Official Plans of the former municipalities. 

NOTE:  Effective March 7, 2012, the Rural Hamilton Official Plan is not, or is no longer under appeal and is in full force and effect except those portions which are highlighted or identified on the various schedules, maps and appendices as being under appeal or deferred.

The Rural Hamilton Offical Plan as approved March 7, 2012 by the Ontario Municipal Board may be viewed on the 4th floor of City Hall during regular business hours between 8:30 and 4:30 PM.
