Fleet Strategic Plan

Overview

The Strategic Plan has been created to establish how Central Fleet management will implement the recommendations of the operational review, and to inform staff, Council and other stakeholders of the strategy and tactics chosen by management. The Strategic Plan responds to a recommendation made in the "Fleet Service Operational Review and Presentation by TkMC" report to Council "that the Director of Fleet and Facilities should undertake a strategic planning process to fully articulate the Fleet services delivery model." The Strategic Plan is not another analysis of alternatives or comparison with best practices. It is a detailed plan of implementation to build a high performance service operation.
