Provides design and construction of roads, sanitary and storm sewers, water mains, and associated infrastructures, as well as the delivery of survey services for the City of Hamilton.

Design
Open Space Development and Park Planning
Provides planning a design services for the City’s public open spaces, including; the escarpment, municipal parks, pathways, waterfront connections, public green spaces, urban infill spaces and new development areas.
Strategic and Environmental Planning
Is responsible and accountable for conducting all environmental approval processes, environmental management system development and strategic and master servicing planning for the storm water and transportation programs.
