Village Green Park
THE PROJECT
Village Green Park is a 1.2 hectare Community Park located in the heart of Ancaster. The park currently hosts the Ancaster Tennis Club and the Ancaster Municipal Lawn Bowling Club, as well as a play area for families.
The City of Hamilton is currently responding to requests for improvements to the tennis and lawn bowling facilities, and staff are undertaking design review for the expansion of the tennis courts, and expansion to regulation size of the lawn bowling facility. In addition, the City is undertaking planning and design for the creation of of a spray pad at the park.
