The Winona Park Master Plan was prepared in-house by LAS staff in consultation with members of the Winona Peach Festival Committee (WPFC), the City's Community Services Department, Recreation Division and other internal staff. This Master Plan was presented to area residents at a public meeting held on June 21, 2005 showing the location and layout of facilities within the park. Since that time slight modifications have been made but in no way circumvent the intent of the original master plan.
