Meeting Rooms
The Facility Management section is responsible for booking meeting rooms at the following locations throughout the city;
- Dundas Town Hall
- Flamborough Town Hall
- Glanbrook Town Hall
- Hamilton Court House
- Stoney Creek City Hall
- Hamilton Convention Center
Rooms and Amenities.
If your group or organization would like to book a meeting room, please send a letter (on letterhead) stating general information about your group or organization, the date, time and location you would like to book and what event will be taking place.
The letter can be mailed or faxed to:
