Right-of-Way Management
Abutting property owners may request to erect and maintain objects on City property. An application, appropriate documentation and fees must be submitted and departmental approval must be granted before the City will enter into an agreement permitting use of the right-of-way.
Abutting property owners may request to permanently close and purchase portions of City road allowances, alleys or walkways. An application and fees must be submitted and Council approval will be required. Applications may be submitted by choosing any of the following methods:
