Garda is responsible for the attendants and scalehouse operators at the City's three Transfer Stations and Community Recycling Centres

 

         

HOTZ Environmental Services Inc. is responsible for the Household Hazardous Waste Depots located at the City's three Community Recycling Centres


 

      

Maple Reinders Constructors Ltd., in association with AIM Environmental Group, is responsible for operating the Central Composting Facility


 

         

National Waste Services Inc is responsible for curbside Green Cart and Garbage Collection services for Hamilton Mountain, Stoney Creek, Glanbrook and Ancaster. They are responsible for blue box collection across the entire city as of March 31, 2008. They are also responsible for bin collection of garbage from multi-residential facilities (apartments).


 

           

BFI Canada is responsible for transporting and marketing recyclable materials from the City's three Community Recycling Centres


 

        

Waste Management of Canada Corporation is responsible for operating the Glanbrook Landfill Site.
