Lost or Stolen Carts

Damaged green carts

Gentle handling of your green cart will help it last longer. If your green cart gets damaged or cracks under normal use, contact the City at (905) 546-CITY to arrange for a replacement. NOTE: You must present your broken cart before receiving a replacement. A small fee may apply.

Lost or stolen green carts

Write your address on your green cart when you receive it. This will help you keep track of it.
The City does not assume responsibility for lost or stolen green carts.

Replacement mini bins

The City will not replace mini bins. You can use a container such as an empty ice cream tub, or purchase a mini bin at a local retailer.
