Routes 35-COLLEGE & 43-STONE CHURCH Detours
Effective Monday, July 20, 2009 road construction will begin on Stone Church Road from Garth Street to approximately 190 metres west of Upper James Street.
Due to the nature of work that will be undertaken, a full road closure of Stone Church Road from Matthew Street (just east of Garth) to the east project limit will be in effect from Monday, July 27, 2009 and for approximately four weeks. During this closure, HSR routes 35 - COLLEGE and 43 - STONE CHURCH will be on detour.
As a result of the detours, various sections of both HSR routes will not be in service in order to facilitate the road closures, for example, there will be no route 35 service on Chesley Street or Chester Avenue.
The following customer take-one outlines the detour routings, missed service areas and proposed temporary bus stop locations:
