Anyone wishing to hold an outdoor event on City property (i.e. on parks or on roadways) must submit an application to the City’s
Special Event Advisory Team (SEAT)
Please visit the Special Event Advisory Team (SEAT) website to obtain:
- SEAT Applications
- SEAT Guidelines
- Event Producing Resources
- NOTE: Events on private property that have major impacts on City services may also
be asked to submit a SEAT application.
