Hamilton Arts Awards
The City of Hamilton Arts Awards are awarded annually to practicing artists in the Hamilton area to recognize their significant contributions in their chosen discipline
Plaquing
Types of plaques include Commemorative Plaques, Designated Property Plaques and Heritage Inventory Plaques

Arts Advisory Commission
The Arts Advisory Commission (AAC) is an appointed body of City Council responsible for informing Council of achievements and issues in the Hamilton Arts Community.
Joint Plaquing Sub-Committee
A sub-committee of the Hamilton Historical Board and the Municipal Heritage Committee–Hamilton.
Hamilton Historical Board
Provides advise to City Council on heritage matters and to promote the awareness and appreciation of Hamilton’s history.
Hamilton Veterans Committee
Provides advise to City Council on Veteran's matters that fall within Council's jurisdiction.
