Healthy Active Aging and Falls Prevention among Independent Living Older Adults

In Canada and in Hamilton, falls are the leading cause of injury-related hospital admissions in the older adult population.
To effectively address this priority issue, Hamilton Public Health Services has compiled current information and research on healthy active aging and falls prevention among independent living older adults. It includes:
