Nutrition in Schools
Healthy children are in a position to be better learners. When children eat right, they can improve their memory and their ability to concentrate. Eating well supports also supports healthy growth and encourages the development of healthy behaviours that can be maintained throughout adulthood.
Registered Dietitians with City of Hamilton Public Health Services work collaboratively with school communities to enable children, adolescents and their families improve their eating behaviours.
