Having a baby can be a wonderful experience, but it can also be a time of uncertainty. Many women have questions and concerns. With advice coming from everyone, it is tough to know who to listen to. Your health, before and during pregnancy is important so that you can have the healthiest baby possible.

- Prenatal Groups are fun weekly groups with the Hamilton Prenatal Nutrition Project. Join a group to meet other new moms, get support, and learn about a healthy pregnancy and caring for your baby.
