Finding Child Care
Coordinated Access for Child Care
Through the Co-ordinated Access for Child Care initiative, Child Care Information Hamilton (CCIH) is the first point of contact for free, confidential information and referral services in the City of Hamilton. This service is available to parents, caregivers, centre operators, early childhood educators, government programs, agencies and anyone else with a child care question.
Information counsellors can assist with a variety of topics, including information on licensed child care centres, home child care agencies and the Registry of Home-based Child Care (i.e. independent home-based child care providers).
CCIH is a program of Community Information Hamilton and supports Hamilton Best Start.
