LEAP Program
The Learning, Earning and Parenting (LEAP) Program provides practical in-home support for pregnant and parenting teens to help them stay in school and complete their education. Financial support is available for school-related expenses.
LEAP is a mandatory program for 16-17 year-old teens who receive social assistance. The program is voluntary for those who are 18-25 years old.
