Residential Rehabilitation Assistance Program ─ RRAP for Conversions Assistance
Assistance for property owners to convert commercial or industrial buildings into affordable housing, up to $24,000 per self-contained unit.

Residential Rehabilitation Assistance Program ─ Secondary/Garden Suite Program
Assistance for property owners to create a secondary/garden suite from suitable single-family dwellings through development or conversion, up to $24,000 per unit.

Home Adaptations for Seniors' Independence (HASI)
The Home Adaptations for Seniors' Independence (HASI) is offered by Canada Mortgage and Housing Corporation and helps homeowners and landlords pay for minor home adaptations to extend the time low-income seniors can live in their home independently.

EnerGuide for Low-Income Households
The EnerGuide for Low-Income Households is a 5-year program which will help about 130,000 low-income Canadians make energy-efficiency retrofits that will make their housing more affordable and reduce greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions.
