Hamilton novel H1N1 Influenza A Update

HAMILTON, ON - June 1, 2009 – The City of Hamilton’s Public Health Services continues to monitor the global novel H1N1 Influenza virus situation.  There are two newly confirmed cases in Hamilton.

As of June 1, 2009:
Number of Confirmed Cases: 7

With all of the cases there have been only mild symptoms and none of them have required hospitalization. Public Health Services will continue to investigate persons of interest, however, the number reported has dropped off.
