Program for Couples
Attend prenatal classes geared to expectant couples. All classes are taught by a Public Health Nurse in partnership with St. Joseph's Hospital and McMaster University Medical Centre. Evening classes are run over 8 weeks and run from 7:30pm - 9:30pm. Class sizes are limited, so be sure to register early.
