Open gym

An unstructured gym time open to specific ages. Gym equipment will be made available if attendance warrants safe usage. Gym is supervised, but no structured programming is provided.

A recreational swim for individuals with special needs. Support staff and personal assistants are welcome at no additional cost.

Waterfit

A medium intensity, endurance based workout for patrons 12 years of age and older. Aimed at improving cardiovascular health and muscular strength. Offers simple choreography and the opportunity for increased intensity.

Gentle Waterfit

Shallow gentle water exercise classes to music available during scheduled times for participants ages 12 and above. Workouts improve cardiovascular health in addition to increasing flexibility, muscular strength and toning at a gentle pace for those individuals with muscular and skeletal difficulties. All fitness instructors are qualified to teach these classes.
