Wentworth Lodge has been granted accreditation!
Every three years, as part of the accreditation process, health services organizations take part in a self assessment followed by a survey visit. The survey itself includes a review of documentation, team interviews, facility tours and focus group meetings with various stakeholders such as residents, families, community partners and staff. The accreditation process allows the Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF) and the organization to evaluate the quality of the organization's services by comparing them to nationally accepted standards.
Wentworth Lodge participated in the survey visit in April 2011 and is pleased and proud to announce that the Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF) has confirmed that Wentworth Lodge has been granted accreditation.
Congratulations to the residents, families, volunteers, community partners and staff at Wentworth Lodge.
