Boys and Girls Clubs of Hamilton offers programs and recreation opportunities for children and youth at three sites in the City.

City Housing Hamilton-- provides support to tenants through community development initiatives. Programs and services are varied an xbased on each community's interest, needs and participation.

City of Hamilton, Recreation Programs offers many recreation programs such as aquatics/swimming, wading pools, playlots, recreational gym programs and various general interest programs.

Feel the Power Feel Fit Club is a free program for adults who want to become more physically active. The program is offered at  First Place (call 905-546-2424- x5179)

S.T.A.R. Hamilton is a recreation/skill development program, which provides barrier free skill development programs to children aged five to fifteen living in select Hamilton Housing Corporation Communities.

Wesley Urban Ministries
offers a variety of programs in several neighbourhoods which nurture healthy growth and development of everyone.

Woman Alive! is a free 10-week physical activity/health education program for women on a limited income.

YMCA of Hamilton/Burlington/Brantford provides health enhancement, social and recreation programs for the development of all people in spirit, mind and body.

YWCA of Hamilton supports individuals through health and wellness programs for women, families, seniors, and people with special needs.
