
2013 Rate Book & Services Overview
Hamilton's ability to provide clean, safe drinking water to its residents as well as protect the natural environment through wastewater collection and treatment is a fundamental task of the City.
The 2013 Hamilton Rate Budget reflects Council's ongoing commitment and dedication to implement a sustainable financing plan while bridging the divide between the funding shortfalls for necessary infrastructure with affordable water rates. This budget calls for a continued commitment through the adoption of a recommended rate increase of 4.25 percent.
