Current bid opportunities
Effective Monday, October 2, 2017, the City of Hamilton will be moving to a new electronic bids portal platform to post bid opportunities.
The City of Hamilton would like to introduce bids&tenders™, a leading e-bidding system that makes it easy for you to review, register and submit bids for goods, services and construction online. We’ve joined hundreds of purchasing agencies who have already made the switch.
The City will be implementing bids&tenders in a phased approach:
- Phase 1: will allow vendors to view, register and download bids online and will be implemented October 2, 2017.
- Phase 2: will include the ability for vendors to submit bids entirely online in one quick, easy and convenient location - to be implemented in 2018.
As a vendor, you will need to subscribe to bids&tenders™ as a vendor to continue receiving notices and submitting bids by September 30, 2017.
If you already have a bids&tenders subscription, no action is required as your existing subscription will automatically give you access to the City of Hamilton notices and bids.
