Investment in the Waterfront

Hamilton's waterfront lands are owned and controlled by the City of Hamilton. We are taking great strides to ensure the lands are available and development-ready for private-sector investment.

These investment opportunities include mixed-use residential and commercial developments. With these opportunities we hope to increase the use of the area for both residents and businesses.

Not many other Canadian cities offer this type of waterfront investment!
