Aging in Hamilton Survey

We want to hear from residents about the needs, priorities and challenges facing older adults and seniors in Hamilton. Your feedback will help inform the development of Hamilton’s Age Friendly Plan 2020-2025, scheduled for release in spring 2020. The survey will take you approximately 10 minutes to complete and will be available until September 30, 2019.
