It is very important for all of our rent-geared-to-income tenants to realize that doing your income taxes is now an integral part of remaining eligible for subsidy. Beginning July 1, 2021, we must receive your most recent Notice of Assessment in order to proceed with your rent calculation. If we do not receive it you will be ineligible for subsidy and go to the market rent amount for your unit. We do have resources to help you get your current and previous taxes done.
