Are licensing services still available?
Yes, Business Licensing, Trades and Taxi services along with Lottery Licensing, Liquor Licensing and Sign Permits are available Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 4:30 pm by phone or email.
If you require essential in-person service, our office located at 77 James St N, Suite 250, is open on Wednesdays from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm however, appointments are required. Make an appointment at 905-546-2489 (CITY). We encourage you to access our online services in an effort to limit the spread of COVID-19.
