FAQ for Business Licensing

As the COVID-19 situation in Hamilton continues to evolve, these FAQ will be regularly updated as circumstances change to provide residents and business owners with current information.

Business Licensing, Trades and Taxi services along with Lottery Licensing, Liquor Licensing and Sign Permits are available Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 4:30 pm by phone or email.

Licensing counters are also open at 330 Wentworth St N. for in-person visit on Monday and Wednesday each week from 8:30am to 4:30pm. This is in addition to the phone and email hours.
