Fire Permits

To ensure the safety of our residents , the City of Hamilton restricts the acts of open air burning and the selling of family fire works in the city. A valid permit is required to conduct open air burning and to sell family fireworks.

Fire Safety Education, Public Events and Programs

Hamilton Fire Department staff are available to provide educational presentations and station tours. We also offer several fire safety programs to keep you and your family safe.
