Collective Ownership, Steadfast Integrity, Courageous Change, Sensational Service, Engaged Empowered EmployeesIn keeping with the City’s commitment to improving transparency and accountability to our residents, the City’s Senior Leadership Team decided to write Letters of Commitment that:

  • outline their commitment to working collaboratively with staff, Council and the community to deliver quality, fiscally responsible programs and services to residents
  • show key areas of focus for 2017/2018 and are aligned with the priorities in the City’s Strategic Plan and Our People and Performance Plan
  • demonstrate a commitment to measuring outcomes and providing tangible evidence of work and progress
  • are linked to the annual performance reviews of the Senior Leadership Team
