HAMILTON, ON – After extensive clean up and repairs following a spill of liquid asphalt earlier today, the City of Hamilton has reopened the Red Hill Valley Parkway in both directions.
While most of the 44,000 litres of liquid asphalt that spilled onto road and median areas has been cleaned up, there are still some repairs and clean up that will continue into next week.
The City thanks residents for their support and patience as we worked to clean up and repair significant damage on the Red Hill Valley Parkway today.
