Hamilton, ON – The public is invited to celebrate Hamilton’s dynamic arts community by joining dignitaries, past award winners and 110 nominated artists for the announcement of this year’s City of Hamilton Arts Awards winners on Thursday June 13 at Theatre Aquarius Dofasco Centre for the Arts, 190 King William St. Doors open at 5:30 pm with a catered reception including a cash bar and light refreshments from local food purveyors. Art installations, music and performances by a diverse group of Hamilton artists will animate both indoor and outdoor spaces.

HAMILTON, ON – The City of Hamilton invites the public to recognize the vital contributions that artists and arts community leaders make to Hamilton by submitting a nomination to the 2019 Arts Awards program. Nominations are now being accepted until Friday, February 15, 2019 at 4 pm.  The City of Hamilton Arts Awards, one of the oldest municipal arts awards programs in Canada, recognizes the outstanding achievements of our city’s established and emerging artists in eleven categories and presents $36,500 in cash awards.

HAMILTON, ON - The City of Hamilton is pleased to announce the official launch of the 2018 Arts Awards program - one of the oldest programs in Canada to recognize the vital contribution that artists make to a community. Nominations are now being accepted and can be submitted on or before Friday, February 16, 2018 at 4 pm.
