HAMILTON, ON -The CityHousing Hamilton (CHH) Board of Directors approved a report today recommending Indwell and the Jamesville Redevelopment Corporation as the Qualified Preferred Proponent team for the Jamesville Redevelopment Request for Proposal (RFP) process.

HAMILTON, ON – To support the City’s ongoing commitment to targeted investment in the quantity and quality of social and affordable housing in Hamilton, today, Ward 3 Councillor Matthew Green announced a $150,000 investment in a CityHousing Hamilton (CHH) property located at 430 Cumberland Avenue.
The funds for this investment are derived from Ward 3 area rating funds for the installation of a playground and tot lot as well as site beautification efforts inside and around the building. Work on the property is expected to be completed in 2018.

HAMILTON, ON April 11, 2017 – CityHousing Hamilton (CHH) will be proceeding with the sale of 100 single and semi-detached homes. At the present time, there are 47 vacant units that are ready to sell. These units are scattered throughout the City, although the majority of units may be found on the Hamilton Mountain and in the vicinity of Red Hill Creek in the east end of the lower City.
HAMILTON, ON – December 1, 2016 – CityHousing Hamilton (CHH) has been awarded $7.1M through the Social Housing Apartment Retrofit Program (SHARP) for energy retrofits of social housing high-rise apartment towers of 150 units or more. The SHARP funds are part of the province’s $325M Green Investment Fund.
