HAMILTON, ON - The Medical Officer of Health for the City of Hamilton has initiated a Heat Warning beginning on Saturday July 27, 2019. Heat Warnings stay in effect until they are cancelled or escalated to an Extended Heat Warning.

Heat Warnings stay in effect until they are cancelled or escalated to an Extended Heat Warning. Humidex values reaching 40 are expected. More hot and humid weather for southwestern Ontario Monday through Wednesday.

HAMILTON, ON – The Medical Officer of Health for the City of Hamilton has initiated a Heat Warning beginning on August 27, 2018. Heat Warnings stay in effect until they are cancelled or escalated to an Extended Heat Warning. A hot and humid air mass is forecast to reach the area today (Monday) and remain in place into Wednesday. Maximum afternoon temperatures are expected to reach 31°C with humidex values around 40. Overnight low temperatures will be in the low twenties providing little relief from the heat.

HAMILTON, ON – The Medical Officer of Health for the City of Hamilton has initiated a Heat Warning beginning on Sunday July 15, 2018.  Heat Warnings stay in effect until they are cancelled or escalated to an Extended Heat Warning. A hot and humid airmass will affect the Golden Horseshoe Sunday and Monday. High temperatures are expected to be in the low thirties with humidex values near 40. Overnight temperatures will only drop to the low twenties.  A cold front will move through early Tuesday bringing an end to the heat.
