City of Hamilton is seeking 200 participants for HSR Travel Log Study

HAMILTON, ON - The information collected during the study will give HSR a greater understanding of customers’ travel patterns, improve its methods for counting the number of trips taken daily, and help improve the customer experience when riding transit. Participants will be selected based on certain criteria to ensure results are representative of HSR’s ridership. Those interested in participating are encouraged to sign up for the HSR Customer Research Panel. If candidates are not selected this time, HSR may ask you to participate in future studies.

City seeks community feedback on municipal voter experience

HAMILTON, ON – Starting today, ahead of the 2022 Municipal Election, the City of Hamilton invites the community to participate in a voter experience survey to understand how it can better address barriers to voting across Hamilton. Survey feedback will allow the City to benchmark what processes need to be enhanced to support any communication and outreach to eligible voters, ensuring the upcoming election is fair and accessible to all voters.
