Business Improvement and Performance Excellence Profile

This service is responsible for creating, managing and maintaining corporate tools, processes and frameworks that link City services with the priorities of the Strategic Plan. This service also oversees and orchestrates the implementation of consistent corporate measurements, making information available publically.

Through on-going monitoring, reporting and support of continuous improvement activities, this service facilitates data driven conversations across all Departments, in support of building trust and confidence in our City government and achieving the City’s Vision of “being the best place to raise a child and age successfully”.
