Early Years System Management Profile

Ontario Early Years Child and Family Centres offer programs that are free services for families, caregivers and their children up to the age of 6.

Early Years System Management includes the ongoing management of Ontario Early Years Child and Family Centres and the development and implementation of a 5-year community plan. Also included are system planning and development and community provider funding.

This service is delivered collaboratively via community partnerships. The goal is to develop a responsive, high quality, accessible and increasingly integrated early years system of programs and services for all children and families.

System planning and development is evidence-based, supported by research and evaluation that is conducted in-house.
