To help reduce the spread of COVID-19, customers are required to wear a non-medical mask on public transit. This extra step can help protect others in spaces where physical distancing can be hard to maintain.

The Customer Service counter at 36 Hunter Street Go Station (ONLY) has resumed normal business hours: 8:30 am to 4:30 pm Monday to Friday for customers to renew monthly passes, purchase and reload PRESTO cards and to purchase tickets. Our Customer Service Desk at Mountain Transit Centre (2200 Upper James St.) will remain closed to the public until further notice.

HSR has resumed fare collection and front-door boarding for customers. Operator compartment bio-shields have been installed as an additional measure to protect operators and customers.

  • Speak with an Information Clerk

Bus schedule information

Use this option to find out current bus times, times for later that day or times for another day. You need your 4 digit bus stop number to use this option. Bus stop numbers are found at the bus stop location, in the timetables, on Trip Planner or by speaking to an Information Clerk.

Fares and passes

Use this option to hear a pre-recorded message about bus fares or visit the fares section

Detours and special events

Use this option to hear pre-recorded messages about detours, special events and other news or visit the detours and service updates section.

Customer service

Call customer service if you need to ask a specific question or report a lost or found item. Information Clerks are available daily between 8 am to 8 pm. They can answer questions about bus stop locations, detours or HSR policies, help you plan a trip or even locate your closest HSR Ticket and Pass vendor.
